Legs, Bums & Tums

A class to target your legs, bum and tum to help tone up the body. As well as increasing your stamina and endurance, improving your flexibility and mobility whilst burning calories.


The perfect combination of high-impact and easy-to-follow aerobics. Set to pop music through the 70s 80s & 90s, AeroTone is a fun and effective freestyle class for full body conditioning.


a creative mix between Pilates and Boxing geared towards women, with the mental and physical goal of attaining a "Sleek, Sexy and Powerful" self-image by strengthening your core and sculpting your muscles.


A fat burning, body toning intense kettlebell workout session that is easy to follow and done alongside stimulating music with a dynamic and fun instructor. 

Fitness Pilates

Training that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances and through Pilates based exercises: Increase muscular balance and strength. 


A form of body conditioning  using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.


Use Zumba®toningsticks to work every muscle group while you groove and create a strength-training dance fitness party combining body sculpting and cardio work.


A high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary  fixed gear bike (like a track bike) – your legs are constantly moving as the instructor leads you through this fast paced cardio blast.
