Gong Bath with Helen Bartholomew @sensing_samadhi celebrating international women’s day.
A gong bath helps you to settle and balance the 3 treasures… mind, body and soul by creating sounds that calm the mind, helping to still the whirlpools of the mind whilst the gongs vibrations travel in and out of the body as though you where not there at all working deeply at cellular level merging with you as it becomes you and you become the gong, allowing you to let go of things that do not serve you, helping you to return to your wholeness.
