Open Studio at CGF is extra time you can workout to complement your classes. Maybe you want to focus on toning, squeeze in more core work, practice class moves or simply add in an extra workout alone or with a friend.
We will be sharing simple ways you can use the Open studio space so grab a friend and book in for an O/S session every little counts
