HIITNRIDE is a 30 minute HIIT workout designed by team members from the Great British Cycling Team. It uses an indoor bike to achieve amazing results. The workout is power packed with short bursts of effort followed by incomplete rest, ensuring that your physical and mental limits are pushed to the max. The HIITNRIDE workout contains voice over music tracks and pre-designed training sessions allowing instructors to deliver inspirational and motivating workouts. The workout incorporates methodology used by many olympic champions which in turn will allow you to smash your fitness goals and burn hundreds of calories in the shortest time possible.
