My journey with CGF is only recent and it isn’t going to be easy or quick. I’m on this journey for the long haul.
I have exercised before with a PT and at a commercial gym as well as running many 10km races but exercise didn’t seem as important when I was changing jobs and buying my own home.
But then my mum mentioned about doing some PT sessions and I found CGF on Facebook. I instantly starting messaging Carla and then told my mum we were going to PT sessions!
We then decided we wanted to become full members of CGF and so I started by doing Healthy, Happy, Fit - the 21 day kickstart transformation - which gave me the motivation to really go for it and try all the classes available to me from Badass, Kettlercise, Legs, Bums and Tums and Bootcamps both indoors and outdoors and just recently the CGF Survivor Bootcamp which was absolutely brilliant! I can’t wait to join in more CGF events!
I can feel my fitness improving as each week passes and I will defiantly be a member for years to come!
I can’t thank Carla and the team enough. They are all so supportive.
Exercise is my hobby now not a chore. I just wish I’d found CGF sooner xxx
