As we enter week 4 remember to be proud of everything you have achieved so far, many of you have lifted heavier than you ever have in your life before, lots of you are learning a new way of pushing your body which I promise your body will thank you for in the coming months and all of you have absolutely stepped back into the real world of being with a group of girls encouraging and supporting each other and this has been wonderful to see.
Things to think about over the next 2-3 weeks, remind yourself of your goals!!! What did you really want when you started the programme? Are you taking all the steps to achieve the results you desire? Maybe you've really concentrated on your fitness and you now need to take a look at your nutrition, either way give yourself a small amount of things to focus on each day, small changes add up and consitency is key to getting results! You have 9 weeks left to make your goals happen!
